Arranged by Alia's Instagram Reels, broken down

Five Reels, 678,000 views, all under 15 seconds. An account that lives entirely in the length band our data says performs worst.

What this is

Arranged by Alia has 24,470 followers on Instagram, read from the most recent analysis. The account posts floral design for weddings. Scrptly analysed the five best-performing Reels.

Five Reels. 678,783 views between them. Posted between 7 January and 8 June 2026.

Every opening is the transcribed audio, verbatim. Three of the five have almost no speech; the text is on screen instead.

Why this account was picked

We do not choose accounts by follower count or by raw views, because both mostly measure how big someone already is. This one was selected because it clears the checks we apply to every Reel: 24,470 followers, which sits inside the band where views per follower is meaningful, a best reel at 19.6 times follower count against a floor of 3, and a like rate averaging 5.3 percent against a 3.12 percent median across our wider sample.

Those three together are the difference between an account that got lucky once and one whose audience actually responds. Plenty of larger accounts fail the second and third.

Every one is under 15 seconds

These run 6, 7, 8, 10 and 15 seconds. In our wider sample the 424 Reels under 15 seconds have a median of 48,548 views against 217,962 for the 15 to 30 second band, the largest single step we measure.

Her best did 480,713, so the band is not a ceiling. But four of her five sit between 10,467 and 104,607, which is close to what the band predicts.

The winner quotes the client

The top reel opens with two quoted lines: "I want to wow her" and "budget isn't an issue". It is overheard speech, not narration, and it sets up a reveal without describing it.

The others open with address: to the brides, to the florists. Addressing a group names an audience; quoting a client starts a story.

Visual work with the words on screen

Three of the five carry two transcribed words or fewer, which means the text lives on screen rather than in the audio. That is a legitimate format and it is also why the openings read oddly in a transcript.

By the numbers

Views per follower is the only row that compares fairly between accounts of different sizes.

The best reel here reached 19.6 views for every follower the account has, against the 3.0 we treat as an outlier floor. Across our wider sample 65 percent of Reels land below their account's follower count, and the largest accounts sit furthest below, so a mid-sized account clearing its own audience many times over is doing something scale alone does not buy.

What transfers

  1. Quoting a client beats addressing a category. One starts a story, the other announces a topic.
  2. If every video you make is under 15 seconds, you are living in the weakest band we measure. Try one at 25.
  3. On-screen text is a real format, but it means the transcript cannot carry your hook. Write the frame.
  4. A floor of 10,000 to 100,000 views on 24,000 followers is a working account, not a failing one.
