These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scrptly (the "Service"), operated by TheSocialCreativesClub ("we", "us", "our").

Scrptly provides tools to analyze publicly available short-form content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok videos) and generate script suggestions, insights, and frameworks.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or performance outcomes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country).
- You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
- You may cancel at any time via your account settings
- Access will continue until the end of the billing period
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, branding, and content) remain our property or our licensors.

Generated Outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided for your use.

7. AI Disclaimer
Scrptly uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs.
You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- Outputs may not be unique or original
- Results may vary significantly
You must review and validate outputs before use.
The Service is not intended for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
8. Data & Privacy

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of:
- (a) the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, or
- (b) USD 100
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
