Inflact studies accounts. Scrptly studies a single Reel. That is the whole difference

The honest version first

This is the closest thing to a real competitor on this site, and it is still not the same product. Inflact and Scrptly are both research tools rather than schedulers, so they are answering questions from the same part of the job. The difference is the unit. Inflact works at the level of an account: find influencers, search hashtags, watch competitor profiles, read audience engagement, download what they posted. Scrptly works at the level of one video: the transcript with timings, the opening line scored, the beat order, the pattern written out so you can reuse it. If what you need is a shortlist of accounts in a niche, Inflact does that and Scrptly cannot. If you already know whose Reels are working and need to know how they are built, that is the other way round.

Side by side

Inflact publishes in euros. Scrptly publishes in US dollars and the figures below are the monthly equivalent of annual billing, which is how its own page shows them. No conversion has been applied in either direction, because the rate on the day is not the rate you will pay. Both pages were read on 23 September 2026.

What the search data says

The gap between collecting a Reel and understanding one is measurable. Scrptly's database holds 3,303 analysed videos. Of those, 3,303 carry timed transcript segments, 3,291 carry a structural timeline and 3,274 carry a repeatable template written out as steps. The average analysed Reel has 11.8 timed transcript segments and 5.5 named structural beats. That is what the unit of work being a single video buys you: the same Reel, downloaded, is a file, and the same Reel, analysed, is roughly seventeen separate pieces of labelled structure you can copy from.

If your research already tells you which accounts are working and you still cannot say why their Reels hold attention, more account-level research will not close that. The answer is inside the videos.

Sample of 3,303 keywords, measured on 2026-09-23. Scrptly production database, queried 2026-09-23. 3,303 analysed videos, counting rows that carry timed transcript segments, a framework timeline, and a repeatable template..

What an analysis actually returns

Eight opening lines taken from reels in our own analysis database on 16 September 2026, with the views each one earned. A clipping tool does not produce this, because it is pointed at your footage rather than at a reel that already worked.

Which one to open first

  1. Work out which end of the job you are stuck at. If you cannot name five accounts worth studying in your niche, that is a discovery problem and Inflact is built for it.
  2. If you can already name them and their Reels still look like magic, that is a structure problem, and downloading the files will not explain them.
  3. Both are cheap to test. Inflact's free tier gives 31 influencer searches and 2 tracked profiles. Scrptly's gives 2 full Reel analyses with no card.
  4. If you use Inflact to find accounts and Scrptly to take their Reels apart, nothing on this page argues against running both. They do not overlap.
  5. Read the six openings above as the far tail rather than as a typical result. They were selected for reaching furthest beyond their own account size.
